The trainer was good but the communication from your organisation was poor before the event and the venue was poor. Paid £20 for parking when I didn’t have to, no hot drinks in the afternoon and the food and bough coffee poor. No book for study materials. Signage in car park said I needed to pay and then came into hotel and was told I didn’t. Spoilt the day. Trainer was good.
I was discriminated against in the access to drinks.
Everything went well, it was an educative classroom training I enjoyed it.
Central location, no refreshments provided, warm room with dirty carpet for floor based activities
