Brilliant trainer. I thoroughly enjoyed the day. Trainer allowed for lots of discussions, which benefitted the group, as we were able to make our voice heard and learn from one another, as well as from the trainer.

Overall is a very good course especially for us who is working in the care home.

Some candidates did not take part in some of the practical training. Ladies at the front constant chattering. Housekeeping, strong smell of body odour
