This is my second review as I had to do the first one in a hurry. I just wanted to say that Joseph was an outstanding trainer. The subject matter is something everyone accepts they have to do rather than want to do, but Joseph made the day interesting as well as factual. He facilitated a large group very well and clearly knew how to get the best from his audience. I never look forward to doing this training but his approach made the experience so much better. Please tell him to keep doing what he is doing and for other trainers to take note!

Air-conditioning not working and no fresh cold water after lunch by which time the water was luke warm. It was very warm in the training room and the manager at reception on leaving seemed indifferent to my feedback. There was no feedback by the hotel to the trainer about the air-conditioning not working. Very disappointing.

I had a great training but please provide snacks
