Charlene Nelson was excellent, really informative, encouraged Team participation. Asked after every module if we were happy and needed any further input. A outstanding trainer, and very knowledgeable. Regarding your other courses we had to vacate the buiding by 17.00. so not time for video.There was such a lot to cover in the day.
