There are lots of facts and historical statistics, but not much covered real situation from hospitals care ho.es etc. Trainer was perfect, engaging

Stephen was a great instructor. I can appreciate holding interest and engaging a large group for a full day isn’t easy. He was engaging with the group and gave ample opportunity to clarify any information people were unsure about. Stephen ensured everyone felt included and had opportunity to share knowledge and ideas.
