People next to me talking throughout. I didn’t enjoy that as funded for myself and wanted to listen and engage properly. That ruined it abit for me

Brilliant trainer. I thoroughly enjoyed the day. Trainer allowed for lots of discussions, which benefitted the group, as we were able to make our voice heard and learn from one another, as well as from the trainer.

Overall is a very good course especially for us who is working in the care home.
