It was fantastic,I enjoyed every bit of the training.

Hot beverages provided for a period of 15 minutes only for the whole day no hot water otherwise lovely
The coffee, tea and hot water arrangements were inadequate and the was no milk, Northolt and no biscuits!
Trainer was excellent and professional, refreshments was not good not enough coffee and tea and water was cold.
