I found this trainer very informed and professional. He was firm but kind and did his best to get us all involved 100% better training than the man I had in 2024. Well done a great knowledgeable day
Our trainer is a reservoir of knowledge. The class was lively and not boring. Would like to have this trainer every time I attend these trainings. Day well spent, learnt a lot of things made aware of any upcoming updates.

As I mentioned previously, the provision of drinks refreshments is insufficient for a whole day. If there is insufficient supply from the hosts, why not set that out when delegates book to ensure they bring their own!
