CSTF (All in One Day) Mandatory Training Reviews

Instructor was very disrespectful, talked over people after asking questions and expecting answers. Also asked questions to deliberately confuse us, admitting to ask questions in a different way so it didn’t make as much sense. Quite condescending to others and argued with almost all answers that weren’t exactly what he was looking for. Instructor gave many off topic examples and went on unnecessary tangents about random things. Asked for all phones to be put away, and when someone brought it out respectfully to check it, not interrupting everyone, and previously stated she needed to check it for child care issues, he yelled at everyone about their phones and that the next person to do so would be kicked out of the class and swore at us while yelling about it.

Very informative and practical session

Today’s training session was insightful and engaging. It provided valuable information and practical skills that will enhance our daily work. The content was well-delivered, and there was a good balance between practical and interactive discussions. Overall, it was a productive and worthwhile experience

Room was too hot but apart from that good venue. Trainer was great.
