Changes in manual handling assessment and plans towards proportionate care would very useful. Maybe a mention of single handed care techniques to encourage further training in this area following the course.
Great refresher and trainer! Love the fact a face to face is available as struggle to do e-learning. Would value option to download slides prior to write notes to aid retention
