Over all it was a wonderful experience. Good interaction and communication between trainer and attendees.

Tea, coffee and biscuits not replenished after initial 10am beginning of the day. Fire alarm disturbed the tail end of the course, making the day longer due to evacuation, then fire alarm continued furthermore.
