Good skills and knowledge. Complete equipment to demonstrate. Encourage to do interactions .

Was a little fast paced for me towards the end of the day, but as it’s a refresher it was fine for me. There weren’t many materials but the trainer was engaging and competent making it enjoyable and useful.

The trainer is a bit abrupt and needs to tone down his language as he sounds a bit harsh . He emphasised too much of his medical background rather than teaching from a teaching point of view.
