The trainer was very engaging and kept attention of group. It would have been useful to have copies of slides as some were rushed over - perhaps appropriately It was unfortunate that the hoist was not working and feels unprofessional that we could get signed off without that experience.

The course was very interesting and above all comprehensive, but I think there was too much information crammed into too little time. I would have felt more confident if it had been taught over the span of 2 days. On the other hand, this was a refresher course and the agency should have sent me to the course for people who haven't had this training course before.
