Course very well presented

Trainer was in informative, knowledgeable and good fun- I don’t usually enjoy these training days, but I did today and learnt a couple of useful bits,

Beautiful venue with good tea supplies but network issues as the room was on basement

Keep the audience entertain, attention and with discussions.

John was excellent, a really beneficial refresher.
