Nice refresher for a day to get lot of mandatory training signed off. Good interactive session.
The course was well organised and covered the key topics clearly. The trainer explained the material in an easy-to-understand way and encouraged participation throughout the session. The practical examples were helpful in linking the theory to real workplace situations. Overall, it was a useful refresher and I feel more confident about the CSTF requirements. Thank you.
