It was a great experience and well educating
Good training and Paul was good in delivering the training
I do think more time should have been spent on choking and BSL - I feel a lot of people that are new at it didn’t get a lot of practice. I think the course felt quite rushed. I don’t think the marketing video should be included. I felt this wasted time.
Well delivered in good venue though was not in my locality. More courses in Cumbria Carlisle would be helpful.
