The course was excellently presented and the trainer was approachable and could ask and answer questions creating a happy atmosphere and instilling a teachable spirit in us. Karen is definitely the best tutor, we miss being in her class already. It’s easy to remember all that was taught with the examples used. I will definitely use the knowledge I obtained from the course in my day to day activities.I have increased in knowledge, wisdom and early awareness I can stop the condition from getting worse , give a quick recovery and promote life..I am now aware of the equipment to use use when moving someone up the bed or moving them from bed to toilet or wheelchair , if they have mobility challenges and to use with another person and not by myself.
