I approached this mandatory training expecting the usual routine, but I was pleasantly surprised! The session was well-structured, engaging, and full of practical insights that I can apply in my daily work. The facilitator kept things interesting with real-life examples, interactive discussions, and clear explanations.

My first training with Kevin was last year and I have great respect for the way he facilitates his training. This is my second time and hope to continue going for his training, he got absolute knowledge and makes it easy and interactive although he asks difficult questions which again remind us that this is supposed be a refresher. Gone are the boring days of people sleeping in the classroom and looking clueless, thank you Kevin. The facility has for two years running provided us with cold coffee in the name of hot drinks, they need to up their game.
