CSTF (All in One Day) Mandatory Training Reviews

The content of the course was at a level far below that expected. Some of the training was out of date. A large proportion of the course was factually incorrect and based upon misguided opinion. It was very concerning that clinical staff who potentially have no experience of high quality / nhs mandatory training would be reliant on the course to inform them of essential topics such as data handlings, safeguarding and moving and handling. The safeguarding aspect of the training was in no way provided to an appropriate level for anyone delivering health or social care.

I found the training very insightful and gained a deeper understanding of the subject, which will help me in my role.

Quality environment, great atmosphere, and hospitality. Looking forward to visiting again for my PMVA from the 2nd to the 4th of September.
