It was a very practical and educative training.

Poor seating struggled to sit comfortable to gain eye contact with instructor.needed a bigger room too hot and uncomfortable chairs.

Provision of tea was not adequate for the day

Very Educative and interesting.

The training is a very good refresher to my job skills and the trainer demonstrated excellent knowledge

Very good learning and awareness day.
