Paul was an awesome trainer

The training was an enjoyable day Jo the trainer made me feel very relaxed and over all I learnt a few new things which will help me in my job role I would recommend doing this course to friends.

Initially the room was cold but we told the trainer and he increased the room temperature

Karen is excellent at explaining and ensuring that staff understand the subject. She asks questions while giving staff time to get involved and respond appropriately.

Paul is an excellent trainer. I really enjoyed every bit of the training.

Venue was cold. Only had one round of hot drinks all day. Those that joined in the afternoon did not get hot drinks. Can do better.
