CSTF (All in One Day) Mandatory Training Reviews

Paul was methodical and explained the course content clearly, while also facilitating open discussion and group work well. There was a diverse group of health professionals which made for interesting conversations. Several attendees were distracted by their phones. Paul had set clear expectations regarding use of mobile phones and monitored this effectively. I enjoyed his sense of humour and was impressed that he got us all doing warm up exercises prior to the CPR training.

The trainer was knowledgeable about all topics and answered all the questions raised in a satisfactory manner

The tutorial was very good, but the room was cold. The teacher was able to put two heaters on which made a difference .
