In the morning the trainer was aggressive towards an attendee which I found extremely uncomfortable, unprofessional, unjustified & uncalled for. A positive He was extremely knowledgeable.

The course was very late. Course dud not finish until 6pm. Missing my bus. No valve masks in the resuscitation training. Trainer was very Professional.
