The course, went well, all participants are all energetic to participate in the demontration of the pratical hoist training, CPR, demonstrated how to use the slides and other materials used for manual handling and the likes, Everyone participated in discussion . Thank you very much for a harmoneous day of up to date knowledge and refresher course.

Training was great

I sent my review yesterday and am repeating it here. An experienced professional, Sue Smith, delivered the training. Overly exciting, engaging, and interactive. However, I am unhappy about the reviews of two of my coursemates regarding the lack of biscuits. This was certainly untrue. There were assorted biscuits, tea, coffee, and jugs of cold water provided throughout the training. The only improvement expected is the lack of a car park, which is an additional cost for those who drive. A venue that has a car park will be appreciated.
