CSTF (All in One Day) Mandatory Training Reviews

Most of the day’s content I had already covered in your online training. So I’m not sure why I had to do it twice. A bit frustrating when I have paid for it myself. Trainer did what he could with the content. Kept it as engaging as he could. Good report. Needs to refresh on what institutional discrimination is and I would send your trainers on more in depth EDI training before they are expected to teach

He was very knowledgeable, professional, Efficient and made everyone feel welcome👍🏾 PS: Would help if he had an opinion to transfer feedback to management that the NHS standard hours of 12hrs shifts as a standard - are Draconian, mentally stressful and the number one cause of staff burnout!!! Instead he just smiled and nodded which we presumed to mean - despite HSF Group position and ability to speak up as major advocates for it's service users to the key health care policy makers - it won't be bothered🤔
