I felt it was not related to the care field we are in and the manual handling was not fully completed due to no bed.

Enjoined the trainers technique, she was more interactive and well informed. The whole was very interesting.

The trainer was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient alot of demonstration, case study. Chance to ask the questions.
