Very impressed and training was well thought
I think next time, people that are more learned should give chance to people that are new to the course. Because most times, I was finding it difficult to understand certain things.
The trainer Kennedy is really good. Explained in details and patience. Very informative. But the venue is very very bad. Freezing, the only refreshment is only “ONE” pot “ONE” time hot water for the large group of attendees.
A good refresher. But definitely need prior training & knowledge. Group too big.
Good course, summarising all of the content we needed to know.
