Karen was very friendly, interactive and full of knowledge on all subject. I'm better in my role than before.

The refresher training was so good and educating. It highlighted the new Scottish common law. The whole training was all worth it. The informations are knowledgeable for work in the care sector. The instructor was good with the teaching, explaining, and asking questions the video presentation, explanations and during the practical section as well. She make sure everyone takes turns in practicing the equipment to enable everyone get use to use it. Many thanks.

Room was cold

The was so useful the trainer was very good he makes you love the training.

To round it all, the training exercise was excellent . It was very engaging and impactful. I’m glad I was part of the trainees.
