Andra is very affable and takes time to go through material you don’t understand. I have better & relatable understanding of topics covered today.

Karen was mean to me when I came in one minute late by refusing to allow me in even after I told her what happened that my train was delayed and missed my way to the hotel where the training was holding I had to go back home losing about £120 plus travelling which I feel is very mean not putting people into consideration when I came in today she didn't even say hi she just ask what is your name which I feel is quite rude.

Such an amazing instructor kept us engaged at all times, loved the CPR key ring too such a nice touch🫶🏽

I really like this health and safety training and the best part of this is gain and enhanced my knowledge which I have enquiry. I demonstrate and learn the tricks to do the things easily like manual handling , how to use of hoist and CPR on adult , children and baby. This was wonderful experience.
