Deborah was so friendly and lovely,the course was profound

Deborah was lovely she explained everything and we understood her

Really enjoyed learning new things and recapping on stuff I already know

It was an interacting session, well explained.

Good course but at time some of the language used is discriminatory. I did say a few times that this was unacceptable also managed to call a manager in a hoist big! Not funny!

This trainer had very good knowledge and enjoyed listening to his facts and figures
