It was very helpful and interesting

Tea arrangement were not good. To refill they were grumpy. Edgbaston park hotel before was much better venue. Videos were outdated

The training classroom was not easy to find. There was lack of communication/organisation between the trainees amd the trainer such that some trainees were still waiting to be notified on arrival of the trainer. Some trainees were waiting for the trainer at the reception and they leant later that the training had already started, one of them knew more than an hour after the training had started.

I have learnt a lot today and able to practice all that was taught. The trainer was amazing with her teaching and engagement with the subject matter.
