Knowledgeable and very skilled trainer. Lovely venue with huge space and good ventilation and temperature great restaurant facility with reasonable prices for food .

This is the most inconvenient venue. The parking is very expensive. This course has cost me nearly £115. Please advise attendees about the nearest car park if you continue using this venue

I found the training very informative and relevant to my role. The session was well-structured, and the facilitator explained the topics clearly, using practical examples that made the content easy to understand and apply in a healthcare setting. One of the key things I gained from this training was a better understanding of [safeguarding procedures / infection prevention and control / managing challenging behaviour, CPR for babies and Adults etc...]. It has increased my confidence in recognising concerns early and responding appropriately in line with policy and best practice. The interactive elements of the session, including discussions and scenario-based learning, were particularly helpful as they encouraged reflection on real-life situations. This will positively impact my practice by helping me provide safer, more person-centred care. Overall, the training met its objectives and enhanced my knowledge and skills. I would recommend this training to colleagues as it is highly relevant to patient safety and quality care.
