Good familiar approach delivery. More convenient venue in Northern Ireland which was good
This was one of the most enjoyable and professionally delivered mandatory training courses I have attended. Danish demonstrated exceptional knowledge, organisation and communication skills throughout the day. He managed to keep a demanding schedule engaging and informative, while maintaining a relaxed atmosphere and an excellent sense of humour that made the entire course remarkably enjoyable and easy to follow. What impressed me most was his professionalism and patience. Despite having to deal with a small number of attendees whose behaviour was, at times, rather discourteous and disruptive, Danish remained calm, respectful and consistently positive. He handled every situation with remarkable composure and never allowed it to affect the quality of the teaching. His ability to combine expertise with warmth and humour transformed what could easily have been a long day of mandatory training into an engaging and genuinely pleasant experience. The sessions were clear, interactive and delivered with enthusiasm, making it much easier to retain important information. Many thanks to The Health and Safety Group for providing such an outstanding learning experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend this course to colleagues and would be very happy to attend again in the future.
