Trainer was absolutely amazing, she dealt with the room incredibly considering everyone was constantly talking and interrupting. Nevertheless, not the fault of the trainer, i still got all my notes just a shame some people want to ruin other peoples experiences when it comes to learning to better yourself within a crucial job.
Steve was very professional and experienced. I gained enough knowledge and enhanced my skills
The moderator has been excellent. He explained the course well for us to understand. But there were no handouts.
