I wish you were still able to hand out the printed hand books which you used to give to the delegates after the training. This will be greatly appreciated. The trainer was very good giving ample time for questions before moving to next subject. Many thanks for the tea/coffee and biscuits, very warming in this cold weather.

It was absolutely amazing training with learn a lot of knowledge and I’m very happy to join this training today
