The CSTF mandatory training was very informative and engaging. As this was my first time attending, I learned a lot throughout the day. The trainer was knowledgeable, approachable, and explained the topics clearly, making the session easy to follow. I particularly enjoyed the practical aspects of the training, including participating in restraint techniques, which helped me better understand and apply the learning. Overall, it was a valuable and enjoyable learning experience.
