Trainer (Steve was a great energetic and inclusive instructor) day went very quick and full of information. The Building was a bit of a challenge to find as not named as east London building until after entering the building

Inspiring trainer that gave an unbelievable amount of value with his insights by applying his experiences as a paramedic and lawyer to the subject matter. His explanations of things gave so much clarity and real world meaning. Would 100% book again and do other courses that trainer is teaching!
