The environment is friendly the trainer is lively and learns are responding by asking and answering questions.overall my scope of knowledge has been broaden and feel more confident to handle cases regarding health and safety and most especially moving and handling correctly,

This was a very interesting and informative course and it was worth every minute of the training. The trainer knows her stuff and her delivery showed it. The conversation between trainer and students was helpful for the learning process. The venue was also good but there were no refreshments eg water bottles ran out! Nevertheless, the trainer made up for it
