Great experience

Great training but the video was not playing

Only reduced score due to unable to access slides. Not Karen's fault. Otherwise good day thank you.

Mountain was by far the most engaging and interactive trainer. I have had on this course. 10 out of 10, brilliant instructor.

Venue should be accessible and parking is usually a problem. If thats improved the better

Videos did not work for fire or breakaway. Did nit show how to measure sizes for hoist Slings No baby or choking demo for the peads element.

The trainer was organised and very knowledgeable with high experience in the field. Flexible allowing trainees to discuss and share.
