It was educative and throughly explainable
Teaching was clear, interactive and easy to understand. I learnt a few things i didnt know before. He was also patient to answer questions. Overall it was a productive day.

Trainer was up to date with the latest statutory changes. For example DoLS was scrapped on 6 June 2026. The trainin happened on 26 June 2026. The trainer's experience with CQC was helpful in directing best practice. I would have preferred a written handout to aid further personal investigation.
