Karen demonstrated deep understanding of all aspects of the training . Excellent teaching and examples.

She was extremely good.. I had learnt a lot and am glad I was here.

Good sessions

The room was too crowded Too many people in which we can not practice properly The trainer keep telling people to don’t use the phone but she used multiple times

No beds to demonstrate the moving and handling properly

The training was superb and the instructor took time to explained all the topics in detail. I gained alot from the training and I felt very refreshed with all the topic taught. Bravo

Good learning atmosphere

Have been to Karen before she is the best teacher ever . Funny , witty , lovely Lady .
