The trainer did well and more impactful.

Most of the day’s content I had already covered in your online training. So I’m not sure why I had to do it twice. A bit frustrating when I have paid for it myself. Trainer did what he could with the content. Kept it as engaging as he could. Good report. Needs to refresh on what institutional discrimination is and I would send your trainers on more in depth EDI training before they are expected to teach

The practical aspect of the training was amazing and fun. I enjoyed every bit of it

Really enjoyed the training, Jo was so fantastic and taught and demonstrated everything so clearly, we thank her so much she was so cheerful to everything and tried to interact with everyone else.
