Interactive and stimulating. No provision was made for those of us who can't used diary milk - Oak or Soya milk would be helpful and should not break the bank. The marketing video interrupted our break time as it was played throughout. It would be good to have some quiet break time and only play the promotional video for short part of our break time.
Although the course was long, it covered all areas
