I understand and heard everything that I was told about today.

Trainer was very good. Lots of interaction, particularly liked the quizzes.

The refresher CSTF mandatory course is well loaded. The trainer is very knowledgeable and needing extra time for details. Covered all aspect necessary and as much as the time could take. Very educative session especially if you deal with young adults and children. Overall great
