The training was educating and the teachings were professional . I enjoyed every bit of it, it was well explained and educating.
Becky was exceptional, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel and room for the training was much improved from the last hotel, actually had working Aircon and good coffee facilities, but with no toilet on the same floor was a bit of a let down.
It was very interactive, detailed and engaging.
Short training given only half a day but covered the basics.
