Could do with more refreshments

Stephen was a great instructor. I can appreciate holding interest and engaging a large group for a full day isn’t easy. He was engaging with the group and gave ample opportunity to clarify any information people were unsure about. Stephen ensured everyone felt included and had opportunity to share knowledge and ideas. Thank you for a great day, Steve!

Good training.

Nathan was an extremely good teacher, very engaging and made it fun and interactive. Best teacher I've had at a mandatory training course. The only thing is that there was not quite enough time to practice all the practical manual handling but we did practice some of the techniques. Nathan also offered to stay after and practice anything that we wanted to practice after so that wasn't a problem.

Ityai was enthusiastic and prompt with starting, but sadly the practical CPR / hoist practice was rushed at the end of the session. It would’ve been much better to start the afternoon session with it and cover the slides after.

The trainer outdid himself. It was a great training session.

The trainer was absolutely knowledgeable and he demonstrated his knowledge during the training sessions.

I expect availability of refreshments. Even milk was not made available for the afternoon session. That wasn't good enough
