The course was very interesting and above all comprehensive, but I think there was too much information crammed into too little time. I would have felt more confident if it had been taught over the span of 2 days. On the other hand, this was a refresher course and the agency should have sent me to the course for people who haven't had this training course before.

All was presented well and demonstrated well

Unfortunately we did not have snacks to complement the Coffee and Coffee was only offered once through the entire day.

It could be better if they provide snacks tea/coffee
