Very helpful, course. Loads of new information.

Very good flow of good foundational and updated content.

Natalie is a lovely person but didn't really control all the talking that went way off the course. Felt it was all a little bit of a waste of time.

Course content good but a lot of what is on the PowerPoint is not included and practical aspects are hard with 1 instructor

Gaynor was lovely, very engaging and kind. But feel every topic was rushed and not had time to do more interactions. I did help out with my experience however. Especially on cpr. Enjoyed that.

Great as usual. Karen was spot on. Very knowledgeable and engaging. She is a great asset. Didn’t like the venue (Leonardo Hotel Sheffield)AC wouldn’t work bit warm in the room. Room was bit compact no resting arm on the chair to write anything. Plus chairs were 2 close together.
