CSTF (All in One Day) Mandatory Training Reviews

First time to the venue . Not as great as the Chiswick and Waterloo Centres that i have been with regards to amenities but is accessible to Transport and easy to find . I had a Positive experience All throughout otherwise .

Trainer was dynamic and very knowledgeable , involved the class, demonstrated, questioning techniques applied and passionate about his sharing of knowledge

The training was good and very informative. The trainer made a great effort to involve everyone in the room and encouraged open discussions. What stood out most was how he referred to each person by name a really impressive touch that made the session feel personal and engaging. Overall, a great session.

The trainer had very good communication skills

The trainer is the best.. He made the training section quite enjoyable and less stressful.. I learnt a lot and have added greatly to my knowledge, experience and confidence .

I found the manager a bit discriminative not to me per se but to our group during coffee break time. Next time Merlin hotel will be better option. At a point of time there was no Toilet rolls in the Toilet. The journey from Waterloo train station was too far.

Honestly the best trainer ever, I’ve done this course for over 10 years and I’ve never had it so interactive and fun. Fiona is great. Thank you
