Matt Roberts made it interesting by linking his slides with practice. Good sense of humour.

There wasn't adult sliding sheets for manual handling. No hot drinks and refreshments provided for afternoon trainees. This is the worse venue I have ever been. There was only water available very bad. We were told due to cost.
