Good day. Good course. Enjoyed it. Lots of information. Good refresher.

The content was perfect. The trainer was engaging and was able to explain content

Interesting training, refreshed my memory and learnt a new things

Controversial teaching when he told the class not to stop people from self-harming. I raised this with him in discussions and he defended his viewpoint which was very opinionated and he added that alternative coping mechanisms are a waste of time and don't work. Absolutely shocking to be teaching that. Quite ironic as he had just been teaching about person centred care then comes out with that rubbish.
